Paul Brook is an internationally recognised investment banker with over three decades of leadership across global capital markets, specialising in complex cross-border transactions, sovereign advisory, and institutional capital structuring. His career includes senior executive roles at Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong, where he served as Senior Vice President overseeing cross-border special situations and principal investments, and at Nomura in Tokyo, where he led high-value transactions across the Far East. He also served as a trusted adviser to Charles “Chuck” Feeney and Ron Clarke AO, MBE, through more than a decade of direct engagement with The Atlantic Philanthropies.
